2012 Update: In the aftermath of Christmas 2011 we decided to cycle from Land’s End to John O’ Groats (LEJOG) during June and July. The reasons, the buildup and, hopefully, an account of our adventure is on our blog ‘Lejog’.

In 2001 Karon and I travelled to South America, touring with the highly recommended Journey Latin America (JLA). We spent three weeks exploring parts of Peru, Chile and Bolivia. It was our first really big holiday together, though we’d already been to the ‘States a couple of times and stayed with friends. It was the first time too, that we took digital cameras with us.

By the time we came home, we had nearly 3,000 images and wanted to share our experiences with our friends and family, so I set about creating a website that would do this.

There were other things to show too. Both of us enjoy painting and we both cycle. In addition, I thought it might be of interest to some to see the sort of things I got up to during career as a graphic designer and artworker – one that it still ongoing, though now I have a dedicated site for that.

So, please take a look at the rest of the site. It’s updated when I can, which is not as often as it should be.
